Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Amberfield Basin Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Des Moines, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 806 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
