Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Glen Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
