Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Birch Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
