Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Amberfield Wren Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Des Moines, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit.
