Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Linden Foods Group is a Des Moines food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
