Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Highbridge Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Des Moines. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
