Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Northwind Yarrow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Des Moines, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
