Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Forge Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
