Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Junction Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Denver and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
