Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Denver, CO)

Silverline Umber Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Denver with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
