Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
