Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Union Foods is a Denver food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
