Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Denver, CO)

Bright Forge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Denver, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Denver. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
