Ironwood Glen Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
