Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
