Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Dallas region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
