Nova Oak Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
