Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Birch Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Dallas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
