Redstone Meridian Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
