Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Linden Inspection Services is an inspection company in Dallas with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 361 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
