Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ivory Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
