Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Dallas. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
