Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Lakeside Energy Group is an energy provider in Dallas focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
