Nova Rowan Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
