Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Drift Civic Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
