Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Quarry Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Columbus working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
