Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight River Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Columbus. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
