Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Insurance Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
