Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

Summit Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Columbus, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
