Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Stone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Columbus with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration.
