Bright West Transit Planning Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
