Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

Silverline Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Columbus with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
