Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Columbus. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
