Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Lakeside Care Services provides in-home and community support in Colorado Springs, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
