Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Colorado Springs, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
