Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Lakeside Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Colorado Springs working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
