Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Basin Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
