Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cleveland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
