Stonegate Glen Foods Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
