Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Field Medical is a Cincinnati company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
