Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Ridge Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
