Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Hollow Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
