Redstone Ridge Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 742 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
