Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Glen Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Cincinnati with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
