Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Junction Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
