Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Sable Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Cincinnati area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
