Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Juniper Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
