Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Keystone Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
