Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
