Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Union Health Group is a healthcare provider in Cincinnati with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 587 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit.
